🚚 Shipping Policy – Super Custom Tees (USA Only)

We currently ship within the USA only and offer fast turnaround times for both DTF prints and custom printed products.

Same-day shipping or pickup available for DTF print orders placed before 10 AM EST, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 10 AM will ship the next business day.
Pickup available at our print shop in Columbia, Maryland. (Please choose the "Pick Up" option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a pickup notification with the pickup address and instructions.)
📅 Orders placed over the weekend will be ready for pickup on Monday afternoon.

Check each product listing for specific shipping times.
If the listing says "24-hour shipping", the item will be:
- Shipped within 1 business day or
- Available for same/next-day pickup at our Columbia location.
All other custom orders are made to order and ship within 2–7 business days.

We ship using USPS, UPS, and other reliable carriers.
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 1–5 business days, depending on your location and service selected at checkout.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping info.
Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
