Refund policy

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, but DTF and Custom Items are exempt from the return and all DTF, UV DTF and Custom Printed Products Sale are final. When you paid for the custom order, the sale is final and all custom products are not refundable or returnable. 

We do not refund the postage fee and the stocking fee of 35-50% based on the category of the returned items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

At Super Custom Tees, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products made to your specifications. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


📦 Custom & Personalized Orders

Because all our items are made to order and customized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing ordered by customer

  • Design or file errors submitted by customer

Please double-check your order details before submitting.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect due to our error

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We will gladly issue a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


🎨 Design Approval

We print exactly what is submitted or approved. If your file has issues (e.g. low resolution, wrong dimensions), we’ll try to contact you before printing. If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, the order may be delayed or canceled.


📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we’ll help you track and resolve any issues. For lost packages, contact us to investigate.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products and dtf prints (such as special orders or personalized items) perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellation or returns on custom printed/made items, sale items or gift cards order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 25 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
