The Opportunity

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented E-commerce & Production Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between digital design and physical fulfillment. You will handle everything from organizing high-resolution design files to operating production machinery and ensuring every order leaves our facility matching our strict quality standards. This is a hands-on role with room for growth as our operations scale.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Prepare and optimize customer artwork files (ensuring transparent backgrounds, correct sizing, and crisp resolution).
• Set up digital layouts and gang sheets for production runs.
• Operate and maintain professional garment printing and transfer equipment.
• Perform meticulous quality control checks on finished apparel and transfers before packaging.
• Pick, pack, and prepare B2B and B2C orders for local pickup and nationwide shipping.
• Assist with inventory management and keeping the production workspace organized and efficient.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Strong organizational skills with an eye for minor details.
• Familiarity with graphic software (CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canvas) and handling PNG/vector assets is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced physical production environment and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a collaborative team attitude.
• Prior experience in apparel printing, fulfillment, or retail e-commerce is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
